How to Cancel Your Policy Online
Follow these quick, simple steps:
- Log in to your BBI dashboard
- Choose “Manage Policies,” then click “My Policies”
- Select “Cancel a Policy” and choose which policy you want to cancel
- Choose your reason for cancellation
- Select your cancellation date if prompted, then click “Submit”
Once you submit, your selected policy will be canceled immediately. You’ll see an on‑screen confirmation and get an email for your records.

Once you purchase your policy and coverage begins, the premium for your policy is considered fully earned and is usually non-refundable. We recommend keeping your coverage active for the duration of your policy term to protect your business from common beauty liability claims.

The quickest method for canceling your policy is to log in to your user dashboard. Go to “Cancel My Policy” on the “My Policies” page. Select the policy you’d like to cancel, choose the cancellation date (if prompted), and click “Submit.”
