She has 18+ years of experience in marketing and holds a BSW from Harding University and an MPA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Jess is trained across BBI’s products and specializes in refining insurance terms into clear, practical guidance, so business owners can make confident decisions about protecting their work, clients, and equipment.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys reading, cooking, fitness, feline companionship, and keeping up with her teenagers’ schedules.
